He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Gericke and Leo Gericke; his former wife Shirley George Gericke; his brothers, Lester, Russell and Gene; and his grandson Ryan Marcia.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Gericke; his children, Cindy Shearer Cheryl (Rich) and Jon Gericke; and his stepchildren, Paul Prindle (Paula) and Kelly Winningham. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
