We are sad to announce that, on July 31, 2022, at the age of 58, Jeffrey L Mullins of Hilliard, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jerry L. Mullins. He is survived by: his mother Harriette A. Mullins (Kiser); and his sisters, Jill Jones (Mullins) and Jaclyn Mullins. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews, and four great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in memory of Jeff Mullins be made to Outer Banks Forever (OBXforever.org), an official non-profit partner of the three national Outer Banks parks.
