He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Doris Ackerman, Robert H. Smith, Charles and Betty Long; and his uncle Samuel W. Smith.

He is survived by: his parents, Erin and Jerry D. Smith, Sr.; his sister Maggie Smith; his grandfather John Ackerman; his aunts, Renee Corna, Patty Smith, Pamela Wardlow (Roger), Debra Marks (Richard) and Angela Jimison; his uncle Fred Long (Kathy); and his close friend Brody. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends, including his pet.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Social Distancing will be observed and guests are required to wear a Facial Covering while at the Funeral Home.
