He was predeceased by: his stepson Carl Kurtis Conrad. He is survived by: his wife Elaine F. Ebert; his daughters, Cherie Erdlitz (Rich), Lauren Thomas (Sam) and Jane Perkins (Mark); his grandsons, Matthew Erdlitz (Angie), Michael Erdlitz, Alex Thomas, Brian Thomas (Carly), Eric Thomas, Nick Perkins (Claire) and Dan Perkins; his great grandchildren, Ada Erdlitz and George Perkins; his stepdaughter Leslie Patzwahl (David); his stepgrandchildren, Philip Patzwahl (Kristy) and Kelly Leno (Rocco); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Alexis, Maxwell and Cameron.
