He is survived by: his children, Tracy Rayburn, Tammy Billham (Robert) and Joseph C. Rayburn; his sister Joyce Miles (William); and his sister-in-law Patsy Rayburn. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
