She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert James and Minnie Wills (Dabney); her son Terry Lively Jr.; her grandson Travis Lively; her great grandchild Lucas; and her siblings, Jeanette, Mary Lou, Betty, Billie, Jack, Roy, Tommy, Buck, David and Bobby.

She is survived by: her husband Terry Sr.; her children, Lisa Lively and Bobby Lively (Kathy); her brother James Wills (Sue); her grandchildren, David Thompson (Cassidy), Ryan Lively, Rick Thompson (Robin), Julie Morczek (Stephen), Bobby Lee Lively, Trevor Cox (Emily), Jessica Cox, Sage Kean and James Chaney (Jacqulynn); and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Ava, Maverick, Carson, Gabby, Zane and Hank. She is also survived by numerous loving relatives and friends.
