She was predeceased by: her grandfather Dominic DeCarlo; and her aunt Laura Geist. She is survived by: her parents, Arthur Hatem and Heather DeCarlo-Menda (Steve); her daughter Ruby Violette Hatem-Noland; her siblings, Lucy Cassandra, Adalina Hatem and Zachary Hammond; her grandparents, Terry Fansler (Gary), Martha Vincent, Stephanie Slagle (Craig), Arthur Hatem and Shannon; her aunt Nicole Hatem; and her uncles, Dominic DeCarlo, Michael Fansler (Jennifer), Derek Fansler (Kristen) and Jeffrey Fansler (Deana).

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations are being accepted to assist with funeral expenses and to help with Ruby's needs.
