He is survived by: his son Kenneth J. Murray (Melissa); his close friend Tammy Lantz; his sister Susan Gephart (John); and his grandchildren, Melanie, Kyle, Kaitlyn, Braydon and Preston Murray. He is also survived by numerous loving relatives and friends.
