Troutman Sr.; his spouse Angie Bear; his stepchildren, Sidney Karleen and Nora June Bear; his mother Angela Skaggs (Shelton); his siblings, Mark Troutman (Heather), Shanna Troutman and Alicia Wilson (Michael); and his cousin Tim Sowards. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
