She was predeceased by: her parents, Romie Williams and Hazel Williams (Abbott); her spouse F. Dale Penn; and her siblings, Gladys McAllister, Louise Cooper and Denver Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Penn Harper (Timothy Harper); her grandchildren, Dr. Bradley Kropp and Whitnie Hackney (Josh); her great grandchildren, Miles, Maren, Kendall and Rowan; and her sisters, Helene Dunn and Judy Scowden (Wendell). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Boyer Funeral Home (125 W 2nd St, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
