Mary leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Mary’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Mary will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jim; and her parents, Harry Throckmorton and Maude Throckmorton. She is survived by: her children, Linda Richards (Jim Thorpe), Jim Richards (Robin) and Jeffrey Richards (Tina). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tidd Funeral Home (5265 Norwich St, Hilliard, OH 43026). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hilliard Food Pantry.
