He is survived by: his wife Clara; his children, Russ Hazlett (Suzanne), Cindy Sellers (Eddie) and Melody Cullison (David); and his daughter-in-law Vickie Hazlett. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson.
