He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Donley (Leck) and Valuria Donley (Babe); and his siblings, Ed, Joyce, Belva and Zonie.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Summers; his children, Rita (Dave Dunham), Joe (Laura), Carol (Garry Scott), Roger and Mollie (Mike Fast); his grandchildren, Garry (Marylia), Emily (Brian), Mariah, Matt, Andy, Jacob (Madison) and Samuel; his great grandchildren, Walker, Mattis, Israel, Imanuel and Henry; his siblings, Buck Donley (Joyce), Mary Capehart, Deloris Barnhart and Kay of Oak Hill; and his brother-in-law Ed Whitt of Oak Hill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tidd Funeral Home (5265 Norwich St, Hilliard, OH 43026). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Lutheran Church (3500 Main St, Hilliard, OH 43026).
In lieu of flowers, Paul would love donations made to his church, Resurrection Lutheran Church, Hilliard, OH.
