He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph DiCarolis and Rose DiCarolis. He is survived by: his wife Janice DiCarolis (Christensen); his children, Lisa DeVore (Paul), Heather Young and Nicholas DiCarolis (Erin); his sister Valerie Carey (Dave); and his sisters-in-law, Terri Cory (Joe) and Valerie Rich (Ben Hollenback). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association; Celebrate Life Foundation c/o Bella Care Hospice, or a charity of the donor's choice.
