He was predeceased by: his wife Mary A. Fortnam. He is survived by: his children, George W. "Skip" Fortnam (Susan) of Gibsonia, PA, Kathy J. Vujas of Ravenna, OH and Cristina L. Jacobson (Michael) of Naples, FL; and his grandchildren, Kristine, Sara, Douglas, Karolyne, Tony, Kaitlin and Veronika. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous loving relatives and friends.
