He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Cook (Finley); his daughters, Lisa Cook and Wendy Fox (Robert); his granddaughters, Brittany Schultheis (Drew) and Emily Schmelzer (Samuel); his great grandchild Callen Schultheis; and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Condo and John Finley (Nancy).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tidd Family Funeral Home (5265 Norwich St, Hilliard, OH 43026). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
