He is survived by: his wife Marlene Kendell; his daughter Kellee Kendell; his grandson Kendell R Bouquette; his great grandchild Noah Scurlock Kendell; his siblings, Suzanne Parks, Halroy Williams, Joe Roberts and Sandra Gatliff Goggins; and his nephews, Nicolas Parks, Malcolm Weston, Raphael Weston and Scott Goggins.
