He is survived by: his wife Beverly Howell Mollette; his sons, Scott Mollette (Cherie), Rick Mollette (Carrie), David Gruber (Paula) and Jeffrey Gruber (Dorie); his grandchildren, Jack Mollette, Ian Gruber, Evan Gruber, Kristen Pitts Mollette, Katelynn Gruber and Allison Gruber; his brother Jerry Wayne Mollette; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Dunning Mollette and Susan Rigby Mollette. He is also survived by his friends, neighbors and family members.
