It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Swinney of Hilliard, Ohio, who passed away on June 8, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Swinney and Betty Swinney; and his sisters, Karen Holman and Sheri Cain. He is survived by: the mother of his children Sue Swinney; his children, Brandy Swinney, Rodney Swinney II and Dawn Ann Koehler (Chad); his grandchildren, Dajah, Dylan, Demi, Carson and C. J.; his nephews, Josh Smith (Maria), Zac Swinney, Schon Holman (Nicole) and Joshua Holman; and also Kevin Swinney (Lucinda).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Jerry Spears Funeral Home of Hilliard (5471 Frazell Rd, Hilliard, OH 43026). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
