She is survived by: her parents, Sara Loundenslager and Tom Frazier (Lisa); her son Bentley Radcliff; her grandparents, Don Frazier (Sandy) and Judy Wilson (Chuck); and her sisters, Stacy Fisher (Jeffrey) and Courtney Fowls.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society in Samantha's name.
