He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Ernest Erwin and Ben Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, Avalynn Lewis and Jolena Shill; his sister Shannon (Dusty Brewer); his parents, Jacqueline Lewis (Erwin) and Stan Lewis; and his grandmothers, Hazel Erwin and Gladys Lewis. He is also survived by his kids and family.
