Woytek (Shelly Criscione) of Dublin, OH; her sister Marilyn Ben of Girard; her grandchildren, Shawna Boyer (Michael), Sarah Woytek, Michael D. Woytek (Erica), Anthony Woytek and Matthew Woytek; and her great grandchildren, Madison Boyer, Mason Woytek and Cooper Woytek.

In lieu of flowers, gifts can be directed to either organization.
