He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Blazina and Ljuba Blazina; and his siblings, Joseph, John, Charles, Michael Blazina, Mary Yager, Anna Luca and Hilda Chulig.
He is survived by: his wife Carroll; his son David; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Blazina, Zachary Blazina (Vanessa) and Amber Jessup. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
