We announce the death of Vera Ann Goldberg of Hilliard, Ohio, who passed away on August 29, 2026, at the age of 83. Vera Ann’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Smith; and her siblings, Jim, Darrell and Brenda. She is survived by: her sons, David (Jennifer) of Hubbard, Ohio and Dennis; her caregiver Christopher; her daughter Raistlin of Hilliard, Ohio; her grandson Jacob of Lebanon, PA; her former husband Paul of Silver Springs, MD; and her brother Gerald of Redby, MN. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Minneapolis American Indian Center, supporting the roles, rights, and preservation of Native American culture within contemporary society.
