It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wayne Lichwa of Hilliard, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Lichwa (Gilmore) and Thomas Lichwa Jr.; his brother Gary Lichwa; and his father-in-law Paul J Tepe. He is survived by: his wife Michele Lichwa (Tepe); his children, Allison and Philip Lichwa of Hilliard; his mother-in-law Inge Tepe of Wheeling, WV; his brother Mark Lichwa (Kathy) of Triadelphia, WV; his sister-in-law Margaret Lichwa of Reynoldsburg Ohio; and his sisters, Carole and Diane Rhodes (Tom) of Bridgeport Ohio. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and cousins.

“I am so sorry to hear of Wayne’s passing. I always enjoyed spending time with him at our kids sporting events. He loved watching Allison and Phillip play sports. Wayne volunteered a lot at St. Brendan’s school and church- he will be missed. My prayers go out to Michelle, Allison, and Phillip and the entire family.”
