She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Smart and Anna Smart (Smittle); her siblings, Mildred Rothwell, Ellen Hite, Mabel Rolfe and John Smart; and her siblings-in-law, Larry, Barbara Newman and Evelyn Everetts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deanna Lyons (Larry) and Debbie Couch (Bill); her grandchildren, Derrick Lyons (Maggie), Donica Haines (Scott), Darci Miles (Bruce), Jenny Kelly (Mike), Devon Radant (Ben), Scott Couch (Erika) and Kim Hess (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Zander Lyons, Breslyn Lyons, Reaghan Hagan (Ryan), Britton Haines (Hope), Brock Haines, Ramsey Haines, Addyson Miles, Kobie Miles, Hudson Kelly, Mason Kelly, Ella Radant and Lyla Radant; her great great grandchildren, Nolan Hagan, Niall Hagan and Kolston Haines; and her brother-in-law Donnie Everetts. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
