She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bellamy and Mabel Bellamy; her brother Harlan Bellamy; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Sexton, Lucy Bellamy, Llyod Satterfield and Pat Bellamy.
She is survived by: her husband Keith Surber; her children, Kevin, Sara Surber, Darin, Andrea Surber (Cal), Chris and Lauren Surber (Teddy); and her siblings, Phyllis Bellamy, Doris Satterfield, Ralph Bellamy, Kenneth Bellamy, Linda Gleadle (Ralph), Roy Bellamy (Linda), Shirley Sexton and Barb Seaman (Rick). She is also survived by her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
