He was predeceased by: his stepfather Robert Coomer; and his grandparents, Dalton Kaufman, Larry and Betty Pelfrey. He is survived by: his parents, Marc A. Pelfrey (Theresa) of Mason and Robyn G. Coomer (Larry Henderson) of Hillsboro; his wife Sara E. Pelfrey (Carlson); his children, Alianna H. Pendergrass of Middletown, Clinton W. Pelfrey of Washington, C. H. and Grace L. Pelfrey of Washington, C. H.; his sisters, Laura Hannah (Anthony) of Leesburg and Hollie Holden (Neil) of Lynchburg; his grandmother Cleadis Kaufman of Lebanon; his parents-in-law, Lynne Carlson and James Carlson; and his pets, Tippy and Max. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; multiple step-siblings; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Turner & Son Funeral Home (602 N High St, Hillsboro, OH 45133). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
