He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Grover and Mae Grover (Douglas); and his sisters, L. Jean Grover Bauman and Janet Mae Grover. He is survived by: his brothers, Philip Grover (Mary) of Washington, C. H. and Larry Grover (Elanna); and his nieces and nephews, Cindi Grover, Cathy Ely (Bryon), Carole Pontious (Vic), Janette Emery (Michael), Brian Cassner (Lori) and Matthew Grover.
