He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Addison Williams and Ruth Mae Williams (Reno); and his siblings, Jack Williams, Charles, Eugene, Robert, Richard Williams and Karol D. Randle.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Anne Williams (Snider); his children, Wayne A. Williams (Sue) and Karen E. Haley (Tony); his grandchildren, Heather Ziebol-Williams (Jen), Holli Abrinica (Marvin) and Karianne Marie Percell (Chris); his great grandchildren, Abigail Tackett, Joshua Tackett, William Tackett, Benjamin Tackett, Gabriel Tackett, Isabel Abrinica, Alexandria Abrinica and Jonah Percell; his brother Phillip Williams; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Williams, Eleanor Williams, Shirley Williams and Rachelle Bricker.
