He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Gephart and Ruth Gephart (Kepler); and his brother Tommy Gephart. He is survived by: his wife Jana Spencer Gephart; his children, Justin Gephart (Andrea) of Marion, Krystal Gephart of Marion, Brandon Spencer of Hillsboro and Stephen Spencer (Jordan) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Kenny, Kardale, Mikayla, Korbin, Wyatt, Killian and Lux Ann; and his sisters, Kathy Gephart and Theresa Gephart. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
