She is survived by: her husband Sam West; her children, Paul West (Missy) and Colarina "Sis" Amos (Scott); and her grandchildren, Alexis, Hanna West, Alyssa, Austin and Alex Cline. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
