He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Puckett (Smith). He is survived by: his father Harry "Jack" Puckett; his siblings, Alan, David, Eddy Puckett (Deanna), Jackie Seeling (Rick), Jeana Dean (Bruce) and Jana Wigginton (Randy); and his children, Caleb and Kiley Puckett.
