He was predeceased by: his parent Bluford Puckett. He is survived by: his parent Flossie Puckett (Ball); his children, Forrest Edward Puckett (Mary) of Hillsboro, Mark Andrew Puckett (Robin) of Hillsboro, Brian Puckett (Jeannette) of Hillsboro, Jason Puckett (Linda) of Adams County and Cheryl Reeder (Steve) of Bethel; his sister Wilma Ruth Creekmore of Hillsboro; and his spouse Theresa Mae Puckett (Mershon). He is also survived by grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
