He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Horsley and Elizabeth Horsley (Marlowe); his brother Eugene Horsley; and his wife Oneida Kaye Horsley (Workman). He is survived by: his daughter Heather Young; his grandson Kole Alexander Young; and his siblings, Kenneth Horsley, Cecil Horsley, Barbara McMillion and Rebecca Spaven. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
