We announce the death of Glenn Burns of Hillsboro, Ohio, who passed away on August 22, 2026, at the age of 72. Glenn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Burns and Maggie Burns; his siblings, Lonnie Burns, Kenneth Burns, Barry Burns, Monte Burns and Terry Burns; and his nephews, Stanley Burns and Ray Haithcock.

He is survived by: his children, Dirk Burns (Alena) of Toledo, Makenzie Wright of Hillsboro, Trey Burns of Wilmington and Noah Burns of Hillsboro; his stepdaughter Chelseah (Anna) of New Vienna; his grandchildren, Tyler Burns of Toledo, Mayonna Taylor of Toledo, Aliyah Taylor of Toledo, Jaxson Shepard of Hillsboro, Memphis Wright of Hillsboro, Liam Burns of Hillsboro and Orion Burns of Hillsboro; his former wife Donna Shelton of Wilmington; his siblings, Ricky Burns of Hillsboro, Kevin Burns of Wilmington, Sharon Burns of Hillsboro, Craig Burns of Wooster, Constance Burns-Waller of Cincinnati, Tonya Burns of Hillsboro, Kyle Burns of Huber Heights and Brad Burns (Adrienna) of Kankakee, Illinois.; his aunt Teresa Williams; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Burns of Hillsboro and Francine Burns of Hamilton; and his nephews, Derek Haithcock and Marcus Burns.
