He was predeceased by: his wife Edna "Peg" Rider. He is survived by: his daughters, Lizabeth Doss, Lois Pobanz and Gina Williams; his sons-in-law, Jeff Pobanz and Dennis Williams; his grandchildren, Phillip Burmeister, Laura Killackey, Holly Rider, Aaron Burmeister, Karyn Hunt, Marisa van der Hoeven, Dr. Hallie Pobanz, James Williams, Dr. Tessa Pobanz, Carter Pobanz and Schyler Freeman; his brother Robert "Bob" Rider of Hart, MI; his sister-in-law Sandra Gleason of Holland, MI; his grandson Jeff Rider Pobanz; and his son-in-law Richard Joe Doss. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
