He is survived by: his wife Sandy Parks (Riggs); his children, Neil Parks (Teresa) of Franklin, Ohio, Gina Strickland (Russell) of South Carolina and Missy Saunders of Xenia; his son-in-law Ron Kemp of Florida; and his sister Joyce Russell of Mississippi. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and great-grandchild.
