He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Easter and Iva Easter (Rooks); his former wife Carolyn Sue Fulwider Easter; his son Christopher Easter; his grandson Jacob Howard Easter; and his sisters, Orvaline Woodruff and Norma Kahlhamer.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine "Cookie" Easter; his children, Leigh Ann Easter of Leesburg and Mark Easter (Shelley) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Cassandra Dettwiller (Charlie), Taylor Easter, Craig Mustard (Shylah), Michael Mustard, Kaleigh Easter, Iva Easter and Sarah Easter; his great grandchildren, Garet, Guner, Ely, Owen Mustard, Bruce, Oliver and Beau Dettwiller; his stepson Daryl Bumgarner; his brother Darrell Easter of Leesburg; and his daughter-in-law Misty Easter of Centerfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
