It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Fyffe Sr. of Hillsboro, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James A. Fyffe and Josephine Fyffe (Tipton); his son Allen Fyffe; his brothers, David Fyffe and Ronald Fyffe; and his sister-in-law Janet Fyffe (Hastings).

He is survived by : his children, James, Ruben Fyffe (Becky) of Hillsboro, Amanda Fyffe (Brandon Greene, Sr.) of Hillsboro and Victoria Higgins of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Courtney Fyffe, Katlyn Fyffe, Haley Fyffe, Jordan Fyffe, Brandon Greene II, Melvin Greene II, Shari Greene (Michael Bingaman), James Greene, Korbin Higgins, Keanu Higgins and Sage Fyffe; his siblings, Jerry Fyffe (Diane), Marilyn Fyffe, Jayson Fyffe and Garneda Burton (Tony); and his close friend Kurtis Higgins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
