He was predeceased by : his parents, William Edward and Margaret C. Gorman (Overman); and his sisters, Mary Ann Peterson, Malinda Jane O'Cull and Sharon Kay Lamb.

He is survived by : his wife Linda L. Gorman (Armstrong); his daughter Debra Fryman (Tony); his grandchildren, Emily Foster (Alex), Callie Stout (Drew) and Jordan Fryman; his sister Donna Sue Gorman; and his sister-in-law JoAnn Sexton.
