She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Balsiger and Lillian M. Balsiger Smith (Youngblood); her son Billy Brown; and her sister Dorotha Balsiger. She is survived by: her sons, Joe Powers (Bessie), Jamie Powers and Bobby Brown (Toni); her grandchildren, Tiffany Powers, David Powers, Rebecca Powers, Holly Powers, Blake Powers, Jordan Powers-McAdow, Meagan Kellough (Evan), Avery Brown and Alexander Brown (Amrita); and her sister Sharon Morrow. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
