He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Ruark; his daughter Sharon Maggard; his grandsons, Jason Maggard and Jeremy Maggard (Amber); his brother Donald Ruark Jr.; and his half-sister Donna. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
