He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Weaver and Elizabeth Weaver; his siblings, Margaret Woodard, Hope Cooper and Charlie Weaver; and his mothers-in-law, Shirley Davis Naylor and Ethel Duncan Naylor.
He is survived by: his wife Vicky Weaver; his son Christopher Shannon; his sister Phala Weaver; his siblings-in-law, Duke Woodard, Bob Cooper, Gary Naylor (Carol Ann), Danny Naylor (Lisa), Soundra Weaver and Pam Williams (Ron); and his father-in-law Robert Naylor.
