She is survived by: her husband Randy Collins; her sons, Chad Myers (Karen) of Bethel and Derrick Dean (Samantha) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Myra Lynn Myers, Lyla Jean Myers, Nolan Patrick Myers, Jameson Dale Myers, Connor Marvin Taylor, Cash Michael Cox and Colton Maverick Dean; and her brothers, Trigg Pendleton (Brenda) of Lynchburg, Tagg Pendleton (Tootie) of Lynchburg, Tim Pendleton of Inverness and James Pendleton, Jr. (Jennie) of Kentucky. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
