She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hart and Patsy Hart (Cummings); and her siblings, Connie Hart, Tom Hart and Dale Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Hart (Holly) of Hillsboro and Sarah Melvin (Sohn) of West Frankfort, Illinois; her grandchildren, Lucy, William, Delaina, Asher, Lyla, Chase, Jared and Olivia; and her sisters, Bonnie Lowrey of Maplewood, OH and Cheryl Tabor of Hillsboro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
