He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kipp and Betty Kipp (Vallee); and his siblings, Jim, Bill, Bob Kipp and Lorie Kipp.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Kipp (Chrisman); his son Robert Kipp (Patty); his grandchildren, Destinee and Siarra; and his siblings, David Kipp, Beverly Brown and Kathleen Kipp.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:10 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home (241 E Main St, Hillsboro, OH 45133). A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Stringtown Cemetery (110 State Rte 138, Hillsboro, OH 45133).
