He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble G. Douglas and Ora Olive Douglas (Brown); his son David J. Douglas; and his siblings, Chester Douglas and Vera Grove.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Musser Douglas; his daughter Darlene Teague of Hillsboro; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Douglas of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Brandy Waller (Jeff) of Hillsboro, John Graham Douglas of Hillsboro and Kylie Anne Douglas of Charlotte; his great grandchildren, Joshua Waller, Sunny Waller and Leighanne Waller; his close friends, Phillip, Rona Achor, Walter and Darma Cornett; and his sister Jean Johnson of Hillsboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
