He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane Skinner (Vance); his children, Tonya Jean Countryman, Kyle Skinner and Taylor Skinner-Cox (Cody); his stepchildren, Angie Holton, Phillip Vance, Tracy Vance and Andrea Vance; and his brothers, Stanley "Peanut" Skinner and Gary Skinner. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
