He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Wise; his daughters, Laura Lee Saylor (Doug) of Greenfield and Lisa Jo Leeth (Jim) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Brittany Wise of Gulf Breeze, Brooke Alexander of Greenfield, Megan Cockerill (Caleb) of Groveport, Hallie Saylor (Zach Shepherd) of Cincinnati, Jess Leeth of Columbus and Derek Leeth (Elena) of Columbus; and his great grandchildren, Alexus Waddell, Kira Alexander, Miranda Alexander, Peyton Alexander, Ava Alexander, Kian Leeth and Emmy Leeth.
